While I personally do not have a relationship with these realtors, I feel very confident recommending this service as the realtors have all been prescreened and are leaders in their local markets.

My realtor links page will include a link to your site from mine. I would also like to include a short biography or benefit that they can get by doing business with you. (i.e. "I have been a top producing realtor/broker for 15 years and subscribe to many creative financing techniques. I work well with investors and service the entire state of Colorado but specialize in the N/W Metro area").

I will print your comments and links exactly as I receive them unless I see a conflict. I will then contact you to get it resolved.

I will also accept only one realtor link from each "Main Area" of a state unless someone has a particular niche that they serve that does not interfere with another realtor from the same area. The only thing that I ask for in return, is that you do the same for me.

I can make loans in every state and am building a network of local loan brokers. When I begin to get enough business from a given state, I will then look to hire a local mortgage broker to service those potential clients.

As you know, it is very important to work with a mortgage professional that is not only knowledgeable, but they must also be friendly, and most importantly, accessible.

I provide my customers and realtors with Weekly Status Reports, and as we get closer to closing, I stay in touch almost daily or hourly if need be.
